EXIT SURVEY
We’d like to get you your stipend/prize money checks ASAP. In order for us to do that, we need you to complete the following three steps:
Step 1: Contact person (and only the contact person) for your company completes the startup exit survey.
Step 2: Each of your co-founders who participated in the accelerator must complete the individual exit survey.
Step 3: Each of your co-founders who participated in the accelerator must schedule your 20-30 minute, anonymous, exit interview with our outside researchers. Please be advised that you should schedule your interview between the 21st-25th.
The research team is: Mary Schoonmaker (Western New England University) and her assistant, Alissa Serra. Your interviews with the research team are strictly confidential. Their report to us will includes no names, only summarized results and common findings. In other words, we have created an environment where you can speak 100% freely. We bet you already felt that way, but we want to be sure!

Once we have your exit survey and confirmation from the outside interviews that you have scheduled your interview, we will release your last paycheck. You may pick it up at VVM HQ during regular business hours (9 AM - 4 PM) or it will be mailed to the address on file.
